May 1st to Dec 20th cancellation and payment policy
50% deposit due at booking. The second half payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel outside 30 days of arrival there is a one hundred dollar cancellation fee. If you cancel 30 days of arrival or with in all deposits and payments are forfeited
December 21st to April 30th cancellation and payment policy
A 50% deposit is due at booking. The second half payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel outside 60 days of arrival there is a one hundred dollar cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days of arrival or with in all deposits and payments will be forfeited
+ Initial booking requires a 50% deposit of the total room cost including a 9% tax, 3% booking fee and a $40 cleaning fee
+ Second half payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be processed automatically on the same credit card used for the original 50% deposit.

+ Check in is from 3 pm to 7 pm
+ Check out is at 11 am
+ Maximum occupancy is two guests for the hotel rooms and purple and white cottage, three guests for the pink cottage, and four guests for the yellow cottage
+ There are no credits or refunds for early check out
+ Only registered guests allowed on the Weezie’s Hotel and Cottages premises
+ Weezie’s is unable to accommodate weddings or groups
+ Please note we strictly enforce our cancellation policy because the majority of our business is destination travelers who book far in advance making it difficult to fill rooms on short notice. Travel is inherently risky, therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events including but not limited to hurricanes, illness, death in the family, theft, pandemics, flight delays and flight cancellations. Etc.
